What makes ShimHER Jewelry Boutique different?
ShimHER is jewelry with purpose. In addition to offering statement-making pieces designed to complement your style, we donate 10% of all online sales to support women, children, and families in our community.
Is ShimHER a nonprofit?
No. ShimHER Jewelry Boutique is a for-profit brand with a charitable commitment. We incorporate giving into our business model, but purchases made through our website are not tax-deductible.

We donate 10% of all online sales to A Joyous Transition Inc.., a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are made directly by ShimHER as part of our ongoing commitment to community support.

Does the 10% donation affect pricing?
No. Our charitable commitment is built into our business model. You are not charged an additional fee at checkout.
What is the grocery gift card program?
We are developing a grocery gift card program designed to provide support to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity and food-related hardship. Updates will be shared as the program begins serving the community.

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping is estimated at 5-8 business days. Priority shipping is estimated at 2–3 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.
What if my package says delivered but I can’t find it?
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund the order. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
No. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

As with most fashion jewelry, exposure to moisture, lotions, perfumes, and sweat may affect longevity over time. Removing jewelry daily and storing it properly will help maintain its shine.
