Return Policy

All items are final sale.

All products are guaranteed against verified manufacturer defects only. Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect. 

If you believe you’ve received a defective item please contact shimherjewelryboutique@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Your email must include:

• A clear photo of the item
• A photo of the packaging
• Your order number and contact information

Request submitted after 24 hours of confirmed delivery cannot be accommodated.

Tracking information is provided via USPS. Once your order has shipped, you may monitor delivery using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
